P90X – Day 5

Today’s scheduled P90X workout was the Legs and Back workout followed by Ab Ripper X. It was a good one! I definitely felt the burn with this workout in my legs. My legs have become somewhat of a weak point for me over the last 5 years or so. Years and years of working in an office sitting in front of a computer combined with very little physical activity in my down-time and bad eating habits resulting in a steady weight gain as well as steady loss of strength and muscle mass.
